Change of mind
The standard withdrawal period for an online consumer purchase is generally 14 days after the goods arrive. The final instructions, return address, refund process and return costs will be added before sales open.
This form records a withdrawal request and confirms receipt by email once the shop is live. It does not automatically issue a refund.
